Look at the internal strength and control of muscle and body movement here. This is extremely advanced skill. I am amazed. For anyone who ever practiced Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, or other physical exertion requiring incredible fiber strength and flexibility this video is a masterpiece. I applaud Zoe Jakes and thank Faroogh Mahafsoun for mentioning her as an inspiration, truly she is!
